\\VIP ADMISSION

VIP Pass pick location will be at 500 Main Street in Downtown Huntington, WV between the hours of 9:00am - 7:00pm from June 18 - June 20, 2018. VIP Guest may otherwise pick up their VIP passes onsite at the festival production office between the hours of 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm on June 21 -23, 2018. A valid state issued ID must be presented at the time of pickup.

 

 

\\SET TIMES

Performances or activities will start promptly at the scheduled time. We reserve the right to limit admittance based upon venue capacity.

\\FOOD

There are dozens of restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well as food vendors on-site. We encourage your patronage at their sites. Please be mindful of any food allergies you or others may have in your party!

 

 

\\TICKETING

All events are free and open to the public, however to attend certain activities or special events may require a VIP pass!t.

\\WRISTBANDS

Guest of Donors or Corporate Sponsors who do not have VIP passes must pickup their wristbands on site at each days event 20 minutes prior to the start time.

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Alcoholic beverages may be purchased and consumed in all outside spaces as the local law allows. No alcoholic beverages will be permitted in any inside venues under any circumstances.

\\THESE ITEMS ARE ALLOWED

Food, Beverage, Lawn Chairs, Backpacks, and other non-lethal items will be allowed in all outside performance venues, but all people in attendance may be subject to search.

There is a "Zero Tolerance" policy for drugs, public drunkenness, or any illegal or lethal objects of any type and/or kind.Violators may be subject to immediate arrest.
